Everyone has to eat. Everyone has a relationship with food. What’s yours? What would you like it to be?

Would you like food freedom? I highly recommend it.

This workshop takes no sides about the way you approach healing, whether it’s through the 12-step model or inpatient treatment. Rather it targets the core issues that make up your unique problem.

Disordered eating is a symptom of much deeper issues. It’s the smoke. Where’s the fire? Most people realize they eat to manage and deal with their emotions. In this workshop, we help you get to the actual emotions that cause you to pick up food in the first place. The actual ones! The specific ones! If you are a 12-step person, that is great because you can use the steps to invite your higher power into “these emotions”. The ones you are powerless over.

If you’re not a 12-step person, no problem at all. We teach you powerful ways to “be with” these emotions the way a loving parent would. When these emotions come in contact with your presence, healing begins. We look forward to seeing you there.

Please note - this is a 2-day workshop that takes place over two weekends. Registering below includes both sessions. If you are unable to attend both days, a recording will be provided.
