Disordered eating is a symptom of much deeper issues. It’s the smoke. Where’s the fire? Most people realize they eat to manage and deal with their emotions. In this workshop, we help you get to the actual emotions that cause you to reach for the food. The actual ones! The specific ones!

We teach you powerful ways to “be with” these emotions the way a loving parent would. When these emotions come in contact with your presence, healing begins. We look forward to seeing you there.
